High Lifter Lift Springs are a set of higher capacity replacementsprings which are components of the stock shock absorbers. The originalequipment spring is not heavy duty and is often fatigued early by heavyloads or continuous service. OEM springs tend to fatigue rapidly…evenwith low mileage. The High Lifter Lift Springs were engineered toprovide about 100 additional pounds of capacity (per set) over the newstock springs. They were also designed to make a significant differencein the performance of your RZR with as little affect as possible on theride and handling of the machine. And here's a big bonus! A complete setof the Lift Springs may be installed for substantially less than thecost of one replacement OEM shock. For those who ride at slower speeds, with big tires and heavier loads, the Lift Springs will be a welcome andeconomical upgrade. Depending on the make and model…and currentmodifications to the unit, the High Lifter Lift Springs have been knownto add a full inch of suspension lift…however, it's not guaranteed. TheLift Springs add some stiffness to the ride and decrease roll, but havenot been found harsh or uncomfortable by anyone who has ridden them. Onething is for sure. If you are a hardcore mud rider…or you carry aload…your RZR could stand a heavier load capacity. The High Lifter LiftSprings are just what the doctor ordered!
Note: This kit does not work on Touring or X2 Models.
On 2011-2014 models, the Polaris Spring Adapter Kit (SPRP-ADAPTER)is required for High Lifter Spring installation on models that have the"new stamped steel" spring adjustment collar instead of the old stylealuminum adjustment collar Polaris has always used.
NOTE: Powder-coating the springs will void any warranty. If you wish to paint your springs, you must use a different method.
