This tool is a Gorilla!! Have used it for 5 years and I honestly have only charged the batteries 4 times..should say battery. I've used this on 3 old Mercedes in the northeast. Not pretty under any of them. This tool has not met its match with any bolt on them. Wheels, suspension components, leaf spring shackles...nothing stops it. So very glad that I purchased this tool. Its heavy and will wear your arm out but the trade off is well worth it. Battery life is way underestimated. Better than the energizer Bunny. Quality is top notch. I am not gentle with this tool at all. When the task is done it is usually dropped on the ground and I move on. There has been no ill effects from doing this for 5 years. Not really sure of the foot pound thing this tool has but..I can say it took the crankshaft bolt off a 3.8 Pontiac motor that couldn't be taken off with a 3/4 breaker bar with a 6' extension pipe on the end of it. It bounced around for a few seconds an then spun it off like nothing. My bud, who was standing above me when I was under the car, could not believe it. He gave me $20 for for my trouble and said it was the next tool on his wish list. Thanks Milwaukee for a fine tool that can be used for years.
