This is a 14kt gold 2.5mm bezel set internally threaded gem top that comes in a variety of colors. You can use this gem top on a variety of different internal threaded shafts including dermal anchors, circular barbells, straight barbells, labrets. The gem top is a simple adornment that can class up any piercing.

• 000-120 threading is the typical thread pattern for 16g internally threaded jewelry and is compatible with .9mm internally threaded shafts
• 1.2mm is the typical thread pattern of 14g internally threaded jewelry
