I really like this and it's the perfect size for me!! The back is smaller than the usual bars and I like that the most about it, especially because it's on the inside of my mouth. . I'm using this for my Medusa piercing. I raised the gauge to 20 and it's surprisingly hard to find a bar exactly like this so I was thrilled when it worked out perfectly. The jewel is clear and sparkly and the metal has not tarnished...even with it going through my lip and staying inside my mouth. I'm very happy with my purchase and will be purchasing again. I would recommend this and the seller.
