This is very good quality and I love it but it fits tight in the shoulders. I would recommend buying one size larger than you wear.

Coat looked great - sizing I think runs on the smaller size perhaps nearing junior sizing- bought a large with me being 5???7??? and 142 and it barely fit. Overall a great pirate coat.

I am normally a medium and had to reorder a large as the medium was too small--tight overall and short in the sleeves as well. The large fits great! I am looking forward to wearing for Halloween this year. My only complaint would be that the buttons aren't sewed on well and are already looking like they might pop off at any minute. Fortunately they the price was great and I can see a button back on.

The jacket is great. I love the length, the buttons have cool little skeleton heads on them, and the velvet is neat. The lining immediately ripped when I put it on, however. I'll still wear it, but that was a bummer.

Very pleased with this jacket. Heavy material that feels well made, especially as far as Halloween costumes go. Sizing: I ordered a large and can easily close the buttons along the front with a shirt underneath and still be able to move. The fabric is not stretchy but if you want the jacket to show more of what is underneath, maybe go a size down or move the buttons on the back of jacket to make it cinch the waist a little. Just watch out for the shoulder if sizing down. My measurements are: 5'734; and 145, shoulders 39-4034;, bust 3834; in a 34D non-pushup full coverage bra, waist 3134;, hips 4034;. I ordered black and it has the red lining over the entire bodice, but not in the sleeves, and the black is a deep black velvet. The back is about 434; longer than the front and is not split. Doesn't have wrinkles, but will likely steam it to loosen up the material a bit. I can see wearing this for fun on a night out.

Way too small, returned and gave the exact same reason. Consider buying 1-2 sizes larger, especially if you plan on wearing a long sleeved blouse underneath. Overall quality is ok, probably would not buy again unless much cheaper. Feels like it should be more like $40-50.
