Overall I really like these blouses. The dark green is my third one. Strangely, it fits differently as you can see in the photos than the white one and the dark grey one. The grey sleeve hits to mid-elbow without being rolled up; whereas the dark green sleeve is much shorter in the photo even though that sleeve is not rolled up. Also the dark green blouse is smaller, more fitted than the grey and the white ones. I honestly like all three. In fact, I like the fit of the green one a little better. All three are size XS. I am petite and wear a size 4 or 6 in fitted blouses usually. Bust measure is 35. Still giving it 4 stars because the material is great, all three of them DO fit and they wash an dry nicely, don't necessarily have to be ironed and are cool and light for work. I will probably purchase another one, if just to see which fit I get.
