Despite box being somewhat crushed and no support packing around the hat, it arrived in good shape. It is good quality for the price. It is a bit longer in the front than it appears in the picture which is good for an adult. There were 2 pin holes on the front brim from the mftr's tag and some small specks of glue on the front of the hat and brim, which can be remedied with decoration.I am pleased .

It runs large but that works for me. It's usually cold when we are caroling outside so I can fit ear muffs or a sock hat under this hat.

I used these hats as forms for Pioneer Era bonnets.. They were amazing! Great quality and affordable and easy to use and wear! Perfect size and weight

This is pretty cheesy as it is but I made it over as a passable 1830s bonnet for a Dickens event. It's not accurate but it was easy to work with and looked OK in a pinch. I don't have any experience making bonnets from scratch so having a base was very helpful when I was in a hurry.
