I have 4 of these set up in my car with 4 Harman Kardon 6.5 mid bass connected to a Kicker DSP amp and they sound great. I would purchase again if I needed them again.

Not bad for the price. The highs are a lot clearer with these installed. I was impressed with the build quality considering how much they were. The wiring was robust and well insulated compared to other inexpensive audio speakers I have had in the past.

I have no dislikes for this other than the instructions for where you terminate them for beginners would be helpful. I added these to my custom car audio and they have added a level of depth to most of my music. Some more than others so far but overall I notice when I cover them up and when they are uncovered. It also reveals a lot more background stuff in music that I was stunned. Well worth the money!

These sound great in my F-150 single cab... where the factory speakers are muffled by being burried deep in the doors, and bottom rear cab corners. The flush mount install was easy without a hole saw... I just traced an outline, slightly smaller than the cup, and used a utility knife (with quality titanium blades, gloves and eye protection) to carefully cut a hole in the plastic door panel. Then I shaved bits of plastic off, enlargening the opening, and test fitting until it fit snug. The included screw (not that you'd know because there aren't instructions) goes through the cup, and into the threads on the tweeter magnet. I had to apply a lot of pressure to get the short screw to thread in... the tolerances are so tight that I wasnt able to place the retainer clips beween the cup and screw (which is what proper instructions would illustrate). Just cut a smaller hole and press fit the cups because you'll never apply enough pressure to get the screw to thread in with the bracket in place... not without the risk of injury.I haven't experienced any of the problems that negative reviewers have said they have. No harsh tones, no ear fatigue, no wires coming loose, no speakers blowing, capacitors (bass blockers) blowing or tweeters falling out of the mounts... an educated guess tells me that's operator, and installer error but that's just my opinion. As with all speakers, don't even think about overpowering them or pushing them to their volume limits, and they're not going to blow out. These are geared toward Sound Quality, and not Sound Production Level. I paid $19 a pair, and being that these reproduce frequencies as low as 2000hz, which will provide a fuller mid range of treble compared to 98 of tweeters on the market... they're a rare gem at this price.
