It really does amplify wifi signal strength. At work I used to get bounced off a public wifi hot spot but now I could use my laptop without interruptions.

Since the addition of the pigtail for the antenna, it is a much better design. Still as always it is a great product that does what it says.

I highly recommend this product. It works very well. Greatly enhances nearby wifi signals, and it works really well at about half a mile away. Its been well worth the money.

Read the fine print, you need windows or mac to use this product. Otherwise it's an excellent product. Hold Fast

Works for what I need it for. But it does not pick up from as far as they say.So it you only need a short distance like a couple blocks then you will be ok

Purchased for use when traveling in our motorhome. Had been experiencing lousy WiFi reception at many of the commercial and state/city RV parks we visited, so decided (knowing C.Crane has a very good rep) to try their USB Antenna. It took 2-3 bars to 5 in a couple of parks we'd stayed at previously and-so had some history. If you have two available 2.0-3.0 USB ports on your computer/laptop, you can connect to both. The "double" USB connection actually does seem to help boost reception, but not being a techno-geek, I really don't know why. I'd recommend this product even thou at $115 it's a tad "pricey". Still, you get what you pay for!
