This relay is well built - however it was lacking in directions for the installation. As it seems for all alarm panel components - if you are a DIY'er there is a very steep learning curve.

Seems to work really well however... The relays themselves are VERY loud. These are definitely the noisiest relays I've ever seen. I actually removed one of them which lowers the current draw to about 30mA. But despite having only one relay and mounted inside a metal alarm panel box and being inside a closet with the door shut... I can still clearly hear the relay clicking on and off. This was not a problem for me but could be an annoyance in certain applications. Had to take a star off for it.
