I used the fan to convert a biltong maker from South Africa. Now my family can make real biltong in the US, which is soooo much nicer than jerky.

It doing the job but I need more CFM's , I can use it for another project.<br /> Delivers was slower but Christmas<br />rush may have been the cause. seller did fine.
