I'm been feeling better, but I cannot say positively what is causing it, because I've been taking several things at the same time, but I'm giving this spirulina some credit. Just the thought of having something green on a daily basis makes me feel better.I really wish the price was cheaper or the bottle contained enough to last a month, at the same price. Because I cannot afford to buy 2 bottles to make it last a month, I'm only taking 3 per day instead of 6.I will continue buy it until, or unless I decide to buy another brand with good ratingsAt 6 pills per day it will only last about 16 day, if my math is correct.I'm so anxious about trying to feel better that I've also been taking spirulina and barley grass juice powder, which I read about in the book, The Medical Medium by Anthony William (and Spirit) for heavy metal detox and Astaxanthin also mentioned in the book. In addition, I have also been taking inulin (fiber) and sometimes other vitamins and/ or minerals

You may want to take this supplement early in the afternoon. It keeps me away from sleeping if taken after 3 pm. Not to say it will do the same to others though. Just a warning. Will keep taking it, and following the studies about its benefits, as well as its potential risks, if any Adding: Awesome
