Welch Allyn 3.5V PanOptic; Ophthalmoscope Head provides easy entry into small pupils for a wider, more panoramic view of the fundus that is five times larger than a standard ophthalmoscope in an undialated eye. Standard 5° field of view is widened to 25° in an undilated eye to more easily observe conditions such as hypertension, diabetic retinopathy, and papilledema. Longer working distance between practitioner and patient improves comfort for both. Halogen HPX; lamp provides bright, white light.
Optional cobalt blue filter and magnifying lens help detect corneal abrasions. Accessories include 1 PanOptic; Patient Eyecup, Lens Cleaning Cloth, and Quick Reference Guide. Compatible with all existing Welch Allyn , 3.5V power sources. 1.40"W x 5.12"L x 3.75"H without eyecup. Eyecup: 1.45"L. 1/2 lbs. with eyecup, 8 oz. Compatible with all Welch Allyn 3.5V handles.
