The Osteoarthritis Night Time Knee Pad / Side Sleeper Pad is made with a soft, breathable elastic sleeve that has a 1 1/2 inch thick pad sewn into the inside of it. The pad is specially cut to fit gently between the knees and provide cushioning for aching knees. The benefit to the Osteoarthritis Night Time Knee Pad / Side Sleeper Pad rather than a pillow is it stays in place throughout the night regardless of movement or even getting out of bed. Application Instructions:
Pull the Side Sleep Knee Pad up the leg that is most often on the top when you sleep. Align the pad so it is facing up on the inside of the knee. Place the center of the pad over the center of the knee joint.
Care Instructions:
The Side Sleep Knee Pad can be machined washed with mild detergent. Lay the Side Sleep Knee Pad flat to dry. Do not use a hot dryer or iron on the Side Sleep Knee Pad.

After measuring my leg, I ordered the medium size. It proved to be a bit small so I went up to a large. The device works well. My knee and leg pain while I am sleeping (which wakes me up) has disappeared after a few days of using it. I haven't found it to move around/slip - even the large stays in place. I can turn easily in bed, unlike with a knee pillow. It's made a real difference for my sleeping pattern.

I am a side sleeper and I starting having knee and hip pain. Initially I used this and other device on my ankle. Both helped but, unlike the other, this is comfortable and stays in place so I am continuing to wear it.

I ordered an charger because I have huge thighs. I managed yo get it up but it was too tight. I pushed it as far as I could do I can use it. I wish it had velcro fasteners instead. Otherwise it's a great product

I thought I had arthritis in my knees cause they hurt so badly. I am a side sleeper and had tried little pillows, but when you turn over they get lost in the sheets. I tried this and I love it! It is plush in the knee and comfy. It stays on your knee and keeps them from hurting due to bone on bone. My knees don't hurt at all anymore!!
