A great upper back stress reliever. I can be used on the floor and in a recliner. Has a funny smell though.

I inflated my ball so that it was only about half full of air. I can lay over it with my lower back on it and massage my lower back. The spines can get a little uncomfortable if you lay on it for more than 5 minutes.

I needed a ball this size to put into my exercise routine. The picture instructions are helpful also, it is easy to store.

Ball must be inflated prior to use. To what pressure? If not to a pressure, then how to determine comfort level for me and my weight? Color brochure shows a lady in various positions with the Sensyball but no explanation of what the intended outcome of that exersise should be. This product begs for a how to use it type of brochure.

The ball does what it's supposed to do, but make sure you have a needle inflator. The one they send with the ball will only thread into a tube style bicycle hand pump. Get a traditional American style needle inflator.

I ordered this because i saw it on Oz. to help me with back pain. When I received it, there was no booklet on exercises. I can't find it on the Oz site either. i have no idea how to use it. Any advice on how to find out what to do with it?
