Absolutely love it! Second one in this size I bought to have extra on hand! Have used first one daily for at least 3 yrs. now up to 5 times a day and it's still as good as when I first got it! I also have the smaller version and love that too use that one at least twice a week. The black vinyl is very soft and pliable not stiff at all and stays cold for a long time I put them inside a pillow case and put that on my bare skin for 20 min. at a time I find if I use a towel or put it just over my shirt it's too thick and doesn't get my skin cold enough plus the pillow case keeps it in place. When I'm not using it I keep it in the freezer. Highly recommend with no complaints what so ever! If I ever need another one I wouldn't hesitate to buy one again!

good product, gets real cold, bought for back pain, takes the pain away temporarily, I like to put it directly on skin but some may not tolerate that.

High Quality product with fast Prime shipping. If you want a high quality ice pack, use what the professionals use, and buy the most widely used Brand cold packs used in Physical Therapy due to their superior quality & durability versus those bought in Retail Stores. Spend a little extra and get a cold pack that will last years, not split open, stays cold longer, and has the proper weight needed to properly ice you down. It's Made in Mexico, but, I think, something Made in North America is better than China or other sources of cheap, unskilled labor overseas.
