I went by their recommendations as to the size ball I should buy. It is fine for exercising and the ball is basically great for what it is intended. However I had hoped it would would have been bigger so I could also use it to sit. I'm not great with circumference size so I had hoped it would have worked for this. It does not. By the way I'm 5'4. So if you are looking for one that you can also use to sit on to work you will need to go to probably the largest size.

I have used a Gymnic ball as both a desk chair and exercise ball for years. You just can't get better than Gymnic. It is durable enough that my fat butt can bounce on the thing for years. As a desk chair...it's great. I can squirm and bounce a bit and still work. Once in a blue moon I have to put air in it but that is to be expected. As an exercise ball, this thing is multifunctional. You can lay across it, working abs, lift it and go through range of motion for stretches or the most fun part, close all the blinds and shutters, lock the doors and blast some great work out tunes. Sit on the thing and bounce like mad while moving your arms above your head (for aerobic affect) wildly. It is a fantastic work out and not at all stressful on your knees or back (both of which I have problems with). Now be warned, family pets will sit and stare at you like you have lost your mind but it's so much fun, who cares? It's a great workout and fun to boot.If I to save 5 things in a fire (not counting family or pets). This would be one of my top 5. Yeah....I like it that much

I use the ball not only in my work as a fitness trainer, but at home for myself. It keeps my back strong and my abs nice and tight. At age 76 my body is stronger now, because of the ball and the work I do with it.

I'll be using this a birthing ball. It is perfect and exactly what I was looking for. This ball was recommended by a local birthing center.

It was a great purchase for a maize colored ball to sit on at work, however it does leak a little. I have to pump it up a little more once a week. Still a great purchase though.

Love these balls, have the smaller size for exercise. Decided to get this for sitting at a desk. The yellow is a good color and the ball worked fine. For a day. Then it leaked so much that it was unusable. These are incrementally inflated, so it wasn't that .. it simply was faulty and I'm returning it. Hope the replacement works!
