- Made of perforated neoprene with hook compatible exterior.
- Indicated for boxer’s fracture and other MP and proximal phalange fractures.
- Straps are infinitely adjustable to accommodate swelling and ensure a comfortable fit. Distal buddy strapping eliminates finger rotation.
- Padded aluminum volar and dorsal stays are malleable for a custom fit.
- Hand wash and air dry.
- One size fits wrist circumference of 4-1/2" to 9-1/2" (11 to 24cm).
- Order opposite hand for use as radial gutter splint.

I purchased this TKO brace after fracturing my 4th and 5th metacarpals. I also received an expensive Exo brace from my orthopedist. I found the TKO brace to be much more comfortable than the Exo brace and easier to put on and remove. After primarily wearing TKO brace (75 TKO/ 25 Exo) for a few weeks, I had follow up xrays and the bones remained in place and were healed. For the price, comfort and utility, I would recommend this brace.

Great splint! I fractured my second metacarpal neck (behind big knuckle on index finger) on my right hand. Doctor tried getting me to buy this exact splint for $180. I declined lol and he gave me the make and model and told me to look on the web. I found this one for like $40! SAME ONE!

Worked great for my son enabling him to continue to play football after suffering a broken hand. Broke the 2nd 3rd metacarpal on his right hand. Used this left handed splint, which is designed for a boxers feature (4th 5th) on his right hand.
