So happy this lid fits my 30(?) year old 'Glassbake' 1 1/2 qt. casserole! (Remember those white glass sets with green flowers?)

I ordered a replacement top for one of our Corning casserole dishes, but when it came in it was just a little too big. I called the 800 number and got a very nice rep who looked up the top and found that I ordered the wrong number. The cost of shipping back the wrong top would just cost as much as the old top, so she told me that they would ship out a new top and to just take the other top to the GoodWill store, since there are always people looking for replacement tops.
So they saved me more on the purchase than I ever could have hoped for. I will definitely buy from World Kitchen again.
Great Customer Service...

My old glass casserole cover was broken and I did not know I could just get the cover for quite sometimes. I was searching for glass bowl and accidentally found the casserole cover. What a joy!

These covers are fine. The problem was that I ordered the wrong covers. I needed covers for Corningware casserole dishes - but ordered these Pyrex. Note that the description doesn't mention Pyrex - just the size and shape. It might seem that they would be the same as they're both 1 1/2-qt round, but they are not the same for Pyrex and for Corningware French White. However when I called back, the person on the phone was very understanding and helpful and offered to send the correct covers. So I ended up with more covers than I need, but it will all work out as I decided to buy the Pyrex dishes for the covers I ordered the first time around. Gifts maybe??

I've searched for this cover for more than a year. When I found it on the Shop World Kitchen website, I was delighted.
