The 14g and 16g BioPlastic Labret and 18g Nose BioPlast Screw Shaft all have the same size hole. So you can interchange all the parts that are available for BioPlastic.
This Disc works for both 16g and 14g Bioplastic Posts and 18g Nose Screws.
Options are endless.

Internally threaded jewelry has a threaded post on the top and/or end, which is then inserted into a threaded hole in the barbell shaft.
