You will be receiving the Yellow Gold Elephant Only. Elephant measures 7mm wide and 5mm tall. 1mm CZ stone for an eye.
You need to purchase the Stem or Labret seperately. PRICE PER 1 ELEPHANT.
It is recommended that you don't switch ends to often as this will quickly enlarge the bio nose hole. We recommend that you put in the end of your liking and leave it be.
