It's comprised of several parts: a nail-style post with an internal 1.2mm thread pattern that runs through a surgical steel ball held captive by a 3/8"-diameter ring. The combination creates 360-degree movement, so you can use these ring tops in nearly any piercing, and they'll twist and turn in just the way you need them to move.

These implant-grade surgical steel spinner rings work with any of our 12g or 14g body jewelry shafts, anchors and surface piercing bars that have internal 1.2mm threading.
