Internally threaded jewelry has a threaded post on the top and/or end, which is then inserted into a threaded hole in the barbell shaft.

These are not opalite. I've never had a reaction to opalite and these have almost destroyed my ears. I only had them in a short time and I'll be lucky if I only have to go down two sizes to let them heal. I don't have sensitive lobes so I have no idea what these are actually made of to have reacted so poorly.

I bought these in 7/16 and 1/2 inch to use for dead stretching. So far I stretched into the 7/16, it went in super easily. I was shocked with how good the quality of these plugs were, I was half expecting them to turn out to be plastic or something because of the price but nope. Beautiful stone. I love them (7/16 pictured)
