I got this ring as a replacement for my current Prince Albert ring. This ring fit perfectly in the piercings. It's comfortable to wear and the weight is perfect. The ring has a smooth finish so there is nothing to catch and drag in the piercing.

I have lots of PA jewelry as I have upsized over the past 2 years. THIS is the best! I agree with other reviews...without the ball found on other ring-style jewelry, it is free to spin through the piercing. That makes it very comfortable and easy to clean. Don't be put off by the screw which keeps it together...it stays tight and is quite easy to remove or install. There's no catching from the two seams as they slide inside your piercing nor can you notice the recessed screw-hole. Another benefit is because of the way you mate the two halves together, it allows smaller diameter jewelry to work. I'm wearing the 10mm, 00ga. The finish is smooth and without flaws that could cause irritation. Finally, if you are still considering getting a PA, just do it! With jewelry like this it can be removed for those intimate moments. I work at an airport and have to clear security daily. This jewelry, while substantial, does NOT set off the metal detector. Enjoy!
