Each of these 14g microdermal anchors is made from a single piece of 316L surgical stainless steel. You can insert any 1.2mm internal top for 14g or 12g internally-threaded body jewelry in these steel dermal anchors, which gives you almost unlimited options. Use these bases with our dermal tops and other internal body jewelry ends shaped like balls, discs, cones, stars, and more, with and without gems... As long as the thread pattern matches, you're all set for a fresh new look!

Please note that these stainless steel microdermal anchors are sold individually (price per 1) and separately from our dermal tops and other internally-threaded ends for 14g or 12g internal body jewelry.
