Currently using this desk as shown here, with a computer workstation on the right flat side and drawing on the left. It can be set up the other way, flat on the left and tilted on the right. It took me about four hours total to assemble working alone - a partner would have helped but was not absolutely necessary. Three-drawer plastic storage taborets fit beneath it with a few inches clearnace, while seldom-used items can go under the corner piece (the space there is somewhat difficult to access). I'm planning to place a light box atop a taboret under the tilted drawing surface as well.
