I love lifeguard tanks I have a 15 gallon aio that's awesome. these bulk heads are great I'm using them on a diy 40 breeder reef system with a 20 long sump. its been up for about 1 month now. 0 leaks, on the overflow bulk heads back side I drilled a hole just big enough to stick a piece of rigid rodi tubing in it so it stands straight up above the displays water level line and that completely silenced the gurgle sound from the plumbing sucking in air as the water drains. the over flow has to be able to get the right mix of water/air to work properly. if you do this it will also be able to drain faster into the sump allowing a much stronger return flow going back into your display system. hope that info helps someone out because I wasn't too sure about how to silence the drain pipe myself. I was really worried about having to drill the bulk head once I read about this method. it works great though. happy reefing guys

Using this bulkhead for breeding tanks for discus... It is what it is, hoping the tank drilling goes well... That's what I'm doing next.

Seems nearly impossible to find a product that will allow you to pass a water tube through a hole made in the side of a molded plastic pond liner, but I was able to combine the two of these so there was a barbed end on the inside and outside of the liner, works perfectly. Got the idea because I'd already bought the single pack for the outflow into the upper pond for the waterfall feature.

Product came late and damaged, filter came lodged in bulkhead of one, smashed to bits. Integrity of everything else looks fine, threads look strong. If something hits the fan, will update.
