a week and a half i have had it running on a timer to increase humidity. It does the job well, i just hope it last longer than ones that resulted in bad reviews.

The set up is easy and quick to set up and get it running. The part that I did not like is that I had to buy distiled water from a store. But hey at least my lizard is happy!

Exactly what I needed, my Chinese Water Dragon LOVES it. At first he wasn't sure about it, but now I can't get him out of it...

it works great other than the water that will continuously drip out, unless you would happen to need a dripper also. and in big cages it wont really change the humidity at all but it does give a very nice fog to the cage. its really ideal for small tropical cages.

I read all the reviews and bought these anyway since I was desperate to bring up the humidity in my hermit crab tanks and didn't know what other product was out there. Without a constant 80% the hermit crabs will slowly suffocate. Since the reviews were so awful I bought 6 of these at once thinking it was worth it to replace them every few months if my hermit crabs can breathe. That was November 4th, 2012. I used two on two tanks running them for ten minutes every hour, 22 hours a day. After 4 months one got loud and so I did replace it. The one I replaced it with never worked so I threw it out. I then opened a new one and it is still working fine. It is now July and the original one is still going strong after 8 months and the one I replaced is still working perfectly. I always use distilled water. I now use them in my frog and gecko tanks. They are awesome.

This is by far the best fogger money can buy. If I could change one thing it would be that mine only seens to work when the dial is set to MAX, which is a problem but I have over come that obstical by putting the fogger on a timer. The timer goes off four times a day for 30 min. It can change a 20 gal tank from a hunidity of 50% to 90% in 30 min. My crested geckos love the amount of mist this little fogger emits.

I have three of these. All the other feedback saying these "break", they don't break, the fan goes out, and if you contact zoo-med they send you another fan with instructions to replace, and they are easy to replace. This mister is absolutely perfect for my Brazillian Rainbow Boa. I've had to replace fans on them on all three, but if you put only distilled water in there, the tap build up will obviously not occur.

We have 18 by 18 by 18, and this thing works great. Not much else to say. No faults can be found.

I have 3 of these foggers they work great and are quiet. The safety shutoff when they run out of water is awesome. The only problem is they only last a year or so then the fan inside goes out. Its 25 dollars for a new fan or you can buy a whole new fogger for 45 bucks. Zoo Med Reptile Fogger Terrarium Humidifier
