I ordered this item as a party favor for my son's 10th birthday party. Upon ordering there was not a estimated delivery time/delivery option given at checkout but one was sent with the order receipt confirmation. I noticed the estimated delivery was the same day as my son's party. I immediatly contacted the company and explained the situation, both by phone and email, to ensure I would have favors in time for the party or, if needed, to cancel. To my surprise someone by the name of Judy contacted me back via email the next day and offered to have it to me by the day prior, which was Thursday. Thursday comes and no delivery. I contacted the company and was given a tracking number only to find out my package was in Michigan...I live in Florida! I was told there was nothing that could be done and just to refuse the package upon delivery. Unfortunatley the mail comes later in the day so I will not be home to refuse the package....I will be playing mini golf at my son's birthday party...with no favors! I should have gone with my instincts and cancelled the order when I still had time to purchase favors from a reputable company that can deliver! Bottom line Opentip...don't offer what you can't deliver!
Also- after reviewing my tracking online I noticed that item was not even sent out until Wed...I ordered Saturday! This was not a personalized order that required a proof confirmation, so there no reason for a delay. I will not order from here again.
