My laptop has USB3 ports but no USB C port. I needed multiple extended screens. I tried a few other devices and had no luck - the best I found previously gave me multiple screens, but I gab to turn off my wireless mouse in order to use my wireless keyboard.This device was recommended by a long time friend and A/V Professional. His company uses many of them and this was his top choice even though his company doesn't sell them. What higher praise can there be?If you need additional extended screens and don't have a USB C - LOOK NO FURTHER!!!

I was pretty impressed... I connected two hdmi monitors, speakers, wireless keyboard/mouse, and flash drive, and boom it worked. Had to go into the laptop settings to adjust the screen orientations, but that was about it. Bought for wife that is going to be starting online school. This will allow here to have a dual screen work station, while still having the freedom of a laptop. So far seems like a good buy.

I work from home and have a laptop and two dell monitors. I have struggled to get them to work together. I've used different splitters, called tech support etc. this little device arrived yesterday and was super simple to install. I was up and running in under 15 minutes!

Great for organizing wires and serving as a central docking point, especially for laptop users. Connects multiple displays seamlessly, and also provides a whole bunch of additional ports when needed. Used for years now without any issues. Laptop users, rejoice!

Like most of us out here in cyberspace, I used to think that if I purchased a small simply docking station I would be able to get away from large devices like these. I could have my desk setup to be mobile and nimble, allowing me to work from anywhere. Then I purchased one of those small usb devices and came to discover what everyone else already knows. They dont pack the power to be as nimble as you want.After going through cheap device(s), I bit the bullet and purchased this for my home setup. While it may be big and I cant just be out and about like I want, I also am not carrying two (2) 4K monitors with me where I go, nor am I doing rendering on the train. This larger device is not only seamless when installed, but I was able to update my computer hardware without having to go through a million and one steps to 'make it work'. It just does.If you have a home office setup and you want to keep it simple, this is the choice for you.

Runs my two monitors just fine from my Dell laptop, but there is no power button to wake up my laptop (I have to open the lid of my laptop to press the power button).
