The quality of the towels is actually better then I expected, so we are pleased with the end result. However, the ordering process made us feel like this company was trying to rip us off. We looked at the product on the website and saw 1 price. Then when we went through the process of ordering digital prints we were quoted a much higher price. We figured ok, we'll go ahead and order since we really want these for our wedding. Then when we return to the website to actually place the order, we go through the entire checkout process and place the order, all with the lower price that we had originally seen. At this point we were pleasantly surprised. We got an email confirmation with the price. Then about 3 days later we get another email saying that they are charging our credit card an additional $200+.
In the end the total we paid is not that much more then prices we saw listed on other websites, but the whole process of having 1 price listed on the website, then quoting you & charging you a much higher price, made us feel deceived and like this company is trying to rip people off. They should be upfront about what people will be charged. If you are ordering personalized towels the website will say you're only being charged a $40 set up fee, but in actuality they will charge you extra for every towel that is printed.
