I'm a 5-7 times a week lap swimmer doing structured workouts at the Y. I have equipment like paddles, pull buoy etc and this bag holds everything. 2 towels (one for the floor), flip flops, equipment, separate zippered areas for goggles and caps, and other side pockets for phone and wallet. There's everything you need to carry all your shower needs plus more. I was hesitant to spend the money, but when my Adidas bag zippers broke, I took it as a sign. It's beautiful as well. I use it for pool days at the country club too cuz why not! Worth every penny.
