I will NEVER order from this site again. My order was in pending status for over 48 hours. When I called today @ 10:19 a.m. I spoke with "Jade" who wanted to send me an e-mail confirming my order status was "Pending". I tried 2 times during the conversation to cancel my order but she did not do so. She insisted that she would send an email our right away that my item would ship and I would receive it by Friday. I checked the computer right away and my status changed to "shipped". At 2:39 p.m. I received an e-mail from "Ashley" asking if I still wanted the order. I replied @ 3:28 p.m. (I was at work so I could not respond right away) That I needed it shipped ASAP. At 3:54 p.m. I received a reply that the cut-off time had passed for same day shipping. During a phone call before 5 p.m. I was told that the cut-off time was 2 p.m. which was 39 minutes BEFORE they ever sent the initial e-mail that I was supposed to receive at 10:19 a.m. After several phone calls I FINALLY reached "Ashley" who was not the most customer service orientated person to deal with.
