Horrible customer service. Phone system doesn't work. I waited two weeks for my order to ship, when OPEN TIP had stock and I made it clear that I needed this order shipped UPS RED same day. OPEN TIP overcharged on freight, because they refused to charge my UPS Account Collect, like all other retailers and distributors. Very bad experience, and this isn't the first bad experience with this company.
