How to Use: 1. Soak in water for a few minutes until all water is evaporated and them place it around forehead or neck and are prepared for instant relief. Once all water is gone, just soak in water to re-activate until all water is evaporated and reuse it.
Attention:
1. Do not leave it in water over 10 minutes, because it is non-toxic material and too much hydration make its life shorter.
2. It would be cooler if you put the headwear in a freezer for cold storage before wearing
3. For cleaning, rinse off with a couple drops of shampoo.
4. After cleaning, keep it in airy place and do not expose to sun and it may take a few days when it becomes dry and clean completely.
