The Little League Deluxe Jox Box System measures 9' x 7' and covers the entire home plate area featuring a home plate cutout area. Natural feel allows players to dig in. It is designed to give players level, solid and comfortable footing, reduce sliding injuries and eliminate the maintenance costs of dreaded dug-out holes around home plate while allowing players to dig-in. Any type of spike can be used. Easy to install and long lasting. Many installations have been in place for over 5 years!
Features:
- constructed of a porous rubber crumb base (heated and pressed to the proper density, with an artificial "long" turf top that acts to reinforce the soil, slowing hole creation before the batter ever touches the rubber base)
- 3" overall thickness
- cover the last 1/2" with your infield mix
- players won't know it's there
- tapered edges ensure player safety when sliding
