Power Systems 61845 Pro Olympic Tricep Bar, Price/each

I just got this bar a few days ago, so haven't used it a lot, but the quality of the bar is great. You can tell this is excellent quality compared to other bars, the grip, the bearings, the solid feel, the lack of clanking seen in cheaper models due to lack of precision. I'm actually purchasing a few more Power Systems Pro bars / dumbbells because they are so nice.

for one thing , came to me in only plastic covering the bar , had some scratches on this, prepared to an ez bar doesnt even compare, maybe if you get a longer bar with these kind of handles might work the triceps better , but not very long at all, best thing to do witht his bar is hammer curls

Depending on your point of view, specialty weightlifting bars may be exactly what you need or a total waste of time. I have, I must admit, purchased some of the later over the years. Seemed like a good idea at the time but just didn't fit into my workout schedule in the final analysis. This is not true of the Power Systems 61845 Pro Olympic Tricep Bar. This unit is solid, has no flex and is a real no nonsense piece of fitness equipment. The bearings are solid with no wiggle, it has comfortable rubberized grips and an excellent (for me) spacing of the handles. Since body training is something of an art with each practitioner finding their way along a broad path defined only by basic principles, I often hesitate to recommend anything without reservation. Not everything works for everyone. But, if you want a tool for tricep concentration with the added virtues of some bicep and narrow grip bench possibilities, this could be the bar for you. Some tools just scream "cheap"; they don't have the feel or the details. This Power Systems tool is exactly the opposite. It says "use me and profit"; I think any buyer will not be disappointed and will see the quality of finish and function right out of the box.

I am a personal trainer and I needed a commercial quality bar to use with my clients. Love the close grip for triceps and the rubber on the grips is great. It's very heavy alone so it's great with no additional weight for my female clients but can handle any amount of weight added for males. Great bar, probably nicer than most bars in big gyms.
