I highly recommend this belt for people with SI joint problems. It was recommended by my pt and I wear it whenever Im doing activities that tend to imbalance my SI. My pt did the fitting exercise to determine the proper arrangement of the compression bands. It was too confusing for me to figure out on my own. My only complaint is that it gets uncomfortable on my skin if I wear it too long. I remedy this by wearing a long undershirt under it.

My physical therapist, who has pictures of Olympic athletes on his wall that he has rehabbed, turned me on to this. He said the only compressor belt to buy. May be a good idea, depending on your condition, to let your therapist or chiropractor help you set it correctly.

Bought this for post preggo unstable SI joint. I need to wear it every day, esp w/exercise. This is a narrow band, so It was uncomfortable to wear by the end of the day---however, my SI pain was improved.Ended up getting a different band that had a foam backing, making it much more comfy and the width was about 0.5 wider...Now I only use it when I am washing my other band..it works well as a back up.
