I'm a teacher and have been using this book for private tutoring and also for teaching. I tutor a 5th grader, but I also use it in my middle school classes. The challenge level is appropriate for both groups. My one complaint about the book is the fact the answers are on the page opposite of the paragraphs. I'm not sure why the authors didn't put the answers in the back of the book. It's hard for my tutoring student to avoid looking at them while completing her work. Other than that, I really like this book and my students seem to also.

This has been so helpful to my son. The student has to make corrections throughout four paragraphs written about one topic. Some of the mistakes that need to be corrected include punctuation, capitalization, spelling, word usage, grammar and more. He now looks for these common, easily made mistakes in his own writing as he proofs his English essays.
