My son, age 5, has loved these. Hands down best Christmas present he received because he continually returns to them and switches between making his own designs and following the instructions as well. The more you have, the better for building more complex objects!

I don't actually love it but my grandchildren certainly do. We bought them a smaller set of Magformers previously but this really allows them to be much creative. I think the box indicated that was for people from 6 to 70; but my two little bundle of joys are 4 and 6 and both of them had a blast the first time we opened the box. I like the fact that this gets them away from the TV or tablet and allows them to express themselves in a more constructive manner.

As we all know Magformers are very expensive, the quality though can't be beat and you get what you pay for. This set is huge, when my daughter saw this her jaw literally dropped in excitement. I have spent countless hours building things from this set with my daughter (and without her, they're quite fun even for grown-ups). My only wish is that the instruction book had more ideas and that they were specific to what is included in this set. My daughter has seen some plans and is disappointed what we are unable to build them. Overall the quality of these is superb and I expect them to be a toy that gets passed down to future generations, much like hot wheels and legos.
