The map stencil I got was mis-manufactured, so two of the panels were exactly the same. It took a long time for us to realize the problem, and then we couldn't do the project.
When trying to follow up, it has been a large hassle. I had to pay for shipping to return the junk stencil, still haven't gotten my refund, and the customer service agent was not very helpful (in addition to typing emails like a teenager with poor spelling). In the future, I believe I will spend more to buy a similar product from a different company.
